Like time so you can see how many minutes per player. Also wondering if you can add a different layout similar to a paper copy. I used Scoutlit before they updated their layout and all the reviews say it is horrible now. Pocketcoach has a similar layout but the app has not been updated. As an example when you print out the box score it has all the names with their stats to the right. This is easy to see and is even easier to score when in the view you would just add a plus minus option to each stat and can keep up with the flow of he game easier. But what I want to brag about right now is that when somehow I lost one game’s stats. I contacted customer service. They found the game I lost, they emailed it back to me, and I seamlessly moved it back into my app with ease. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ### 5/5 — Overall great *2018-03-01, version 3.1* This is a great app. We used it for a 4th grade travel team and the data was useful for picking up some key trends. The interface is very slick and it’s easy to quickly (and accurately) log stats even when the game gets really frenetic. One issue is the limit to 15 kids per game, doesn’t track team fouls per half (only by quarter)and the fact that it doesn’t track minutes or quarters played. These time played would be very helpful for eventual data analysis as stat totals or per game averages are not as useful for youth sports where productivity depends heavily on minutes played. Little spendy but then again you get what you pay for. I actually ran the clock, scoreboard and this app at recent game and did not miss a stat, very easy. Developer is also very responsive to improvement ideas so cred for that too. Coaches love everything about it except the hard truth of missed shots under hoop when picture gets emailed. My only issue with it is it doesn't allow you to measure the players court time during a game. Knowing how many minutes each player has on court during a game is important information for the coach. It's great to know if player "A" scores 20 points in a game, but it's even more useful to know how minutes of playing time it took him to score the 20 points. Did he do it in 10 minutes or 30 minutes? The button has an audio click but only worked rarely. Out of 53 I could only track SEVEN points!! I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND!! ### 1/5 — Crashing *2021-01-14, version 4.6* I’ve used this app all season and loved it but today it keeps crashing immediately when I open it. I need it for my game tonight. (I am only giving bad review in the hopes the developers will notice and help me before my game this afternoon. The contact developer link goes nowhere!) ### 1/5 — Would be ok if it was free, but it *2011-12-16, version 1.1* Maybe I'm missing something, but… Problems: 1) Can't assign players to specific teams. For each game you chart you need to select, player by player, the team's entire roster to track stats for those players. 2) Season stats page displays stats for all players you have created within the app, not just the players on a particular team. That means the season stats for all the players from all the teams you are tracking show up mixed together in a single report, making the report virtually worthless. It also means if a player plays for two different teams, all of his/her stats for both teams are combined. 3) No display of the total team stats for the season, only each player's individual season stats. For example, no way to tell how many shots a team took and made for the season unless you're willing to add all that stuff on your own after reviewing each player's individual stats page. 4) Season stats page displays only averages for points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, points and games. Does not show totals (just averages) and does not show shots attempted and made, 3 point shots attempted and made, free throws attempted and made, shooting percentages, offensive rebounds/defensive rebounds and more. You need to select an individual to view those additional stats, and can only view them one player at a time. 5) Can't seem to find a way to limit reports to a particular season or particular dates. Not sure how you use this for a second season unless you go through and delete all the "old" players and games and then re-enter all the new players. Want to see how a player or team has done over the past 30 days? No way to do it. The reason I am so critical is that this is a $20 app, which puts it at the high(est) end for this type of app or any apps for that matter. ### 2/5 — Screen cut off *2025-11-21, version 5.0* App screen issue ### 2/5 — Not quite what I expected *2012-11-12, version 1.3* When I purchased the app I thought I was going to be able to keep stats for both the home and away teams however I was disappointed when I realized I was only able to keep stats for one team. I also have been unable to send the stats through email. This could be added to the setup screen. Also, would be cool to set starting lineup and then track the substitutions. The app will open but closes every time I click to schedule a game. App support webpage is unavailable when you click it. ** Updated - Klinc emailed me stating there was a bug in the system, and is trying to recover my data for me. Greatly appreciate the service as it takes hours to stat multiple games. This week it crashed, was unable to open. When I tried to find a way in I lost all this seasons statistics, and we have more games on the schedule. How do I recover and get back in the game. The one thing it needs is a print function. You can email the stats but you have to print the whole email.
