What’s the point in having the app if it only frustrates your customers?! ### 2/5 — Flawed *2026-06-16, version 4.15.0* This app is lacking in many ways. I do like that you can now mobile order ahead, but I do not like that the current flavors available are not accurate for the store ordering from. Also, how is it that a description of ice cream flavors is not available anywhere that I can see on the app?? I go to Baskin-Robbins on a regular. Every time they scan the app, it always says “5 rewards next”, And never gives me any rewards. I normally stop by Dunkin Donuts that offer Baskin-Robbin’s ice cream to get a scoop or two of ice cream on display, but lately I’ve taken to use the Dunkin app to order ahead, but realized that they don’t have ice cream on their app’s menu list. So, I decided to try this app. Unfortunately, there’s no option to order ice cream by the scoops on this. That’s a bummer. So, the app is basically useless to me. ### 1/5 — hate this app and bad place *2026-01-29* number one: the customer service is so bad here. i love ice cream and it is my bday so i thought, “ ah! i will get the app and get a treat! perfect!” uh, no. we walked in and i noticed right away that the workers hate their job. terrible energy, but then i tried a few flavors, got my ice cream and was paying. in the app, it said 50% off of your purchase. they said to me, “ yahh so thats for a cappuccino blassttt.” i was like oh okay and payed for my overpriced, not even that good ice cream. its not that it was a lot of money it was js that its my bday, u didnt even say happy bday or given me a smile, and you cant even say like sorry about that we will give u 50% off or sm. $4.11 PEOPLE. GET A LIFE. BTW THIS WAS THE BASKIN ROBBINS ON 1335 E Whitestone Blvd in Cedar Park, Texas at around 7:45 PM. CMON PEOPLE. They always are fresh and beautiful. The Kanawha City store does an excellent job.
