If GPS cannot get a fix indoors, being on one of your workplace networks is enough. Tablets no longer cut off the bottom of the screen. Late & Hours has been rebuilt. Eight figures instead of four, including your average day, total minutes late, days with a missing clock-out, early leaves and time worked after hours. Tap any figure to see the days behind it, tap a day to see its punches, and tap a punch to correct the time or leave it out of the total. Attendance now has one Activity list instead of two overlapping ones, and today's punches can be edited directly. Setting up a location is simpler: the map opens only when you are adding or editing one, and the time zone is detected automatically. Staff no longer get signed out on a timer. A session lasts as long as your subscription, and ends immediately if a phone is unlinked or an employee is removed. ### 1.0.4 — 2026-08-18 Night shifts now count correctly. A shift that starts in the evening and ends after midnight is kept whole and credited to the day it began, instead of being split across two days. Each employee can have their own working hours and working days, so a night team and a morning team can be tracked side by side. New: see who did not show up. Set your working week and any day with no clock-in is reported as an absence. You can now set a grace period before an arrival counts as late, close forgotten clock-outs automatically, and deduct unpaid breaks from long shifts. Hours on the dashboard now match the reports exactly on split shifts. ### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-03 New in this version: • Hours Worked Calculator — pick an employee and a date range to see total hours, days worked, average per day, and a day-by-day breakdown. • Search your team — the employee list and every staff popup now have a search box, and long lists collapse behind "Show all". • Attendance filters — filter the daily record by Working, Completed, or Absent, each showing its count. • All Events — edit or delete an event directly from the full list, and filter by date range and employee. • Share invite — send your company name and invite code in one message instead of dictating them. • Work schedule moved to the Location screen, alongside the workplace it describes. Improvements: • Arabic is now fully translated, including dates, and the layout no longer flips after restarting the app. • Employees can switch language directly from the clock screen. • A name already signed in on another phone is no longer offered at login.
