## What is Bassai?

Bassai is a bass fishing log app for iOS, built by Bassai Inc. You log the catch; Bassai records the conditions — barometric pressure trend, water clarity, tide phase, solunar windows, and 40+ more data points — automatically. Over many trips, your own data becomes a pattern you can read. The name is bass + AI: the fish, and the intelligence in the app.

The core log is free. Create, import, save, and open every trip in full without a trip-history limit.

Log catches, photos, lures, weights, notes, spots, GPS tracks, weather, water data, moon phase, and other useful trip context in one clean record.

Use Live Trip to record a day on the water, mark catches and spots, then review the trip later with maps, conditions, stats, and shareable catch cards that do not expose your exact spot.

Bassai Plus adds Live Trip mode, personal season pattern, Chat with Hank, and optional iCloud Sync across your iPhones through your own private iCloud. Bassai runs no account system and keeps no server copy of your synced log.

Quick Capture lets you save a note or photo without navigating through a full trip, then resolve it into the right trip later. Quick Capture is available in the app, through Siri, and from Control Center.

Your log remains under your control — on your iPhone and, when you enable iCloud Sync, in your private iCloud. Analytics, Chat with Hank, and iCloud Sync each have their own controls.
