## What is BASSnet Inventory App 2.11?

The BASSnet Inventory App provides details of all the materials in your inventory at your fingertips. Easily search for any spare part or consumable via the app, or simply scan the QR Code on the label to find the exact item record to update.  
In addition, when goods are delivered onboard, you can instantly update the received amount in the Purchase Order, and the stock amount for each item at the precise location in the vessel.  
In this latest update, we have added a configuration to disable the Purchase Order function if it is not required, leaving you to focus on the stock taking and inventory management.  
We have developed this app to be a useful companion alongside the BASSnet Materials and Procurement modules. Try it now to optimize your martime operations.

Resolved an issue where the App prompted for invalid license on the vessel even though a valid license with a valid expiry date was applied in the office and replicated to the vessel and resolved an issue where vessel users were able to access the Purchase Order feature and open Purchase Order records even though the EnablePOviaApp configuration was disabled for the vessel

### 2.0.4.0 — 2022-08-03

On the Material Details screen, the Material ID and Description text will now continue to the next line if longer than the width of the screen (text wrap).
A Refresh button is now available on the Material list and Location list screens to update the data to reflect the latest changes.

### 2.0.3.0 — 2022-06-28

The App will now check if the user has the relevant access rights in BASSnet to update Purchase Orders for goods receipt and materials for stock count.

If the user does not have the relevant PO access rights, they will still be able to view the Purchase Order, but not edit the quantity received.
If the user does not have the relevant Materials access rights, they will still be able to view the material, but not edit the stock amount for that particular category. For example, only users with the Bonded Stores access right will be able to update the stock count for Bonded Store materials.
