"Seriously, this has to be the WORST app I've ever encountered. I mean, how can a supposedly user-friendly app not even let you put in your own freaking name or number?! It's beyond frustrating and just shows the lack of care and competence from the developers. #disappointed #wasteoftime #fixyourapp"
