## What is Basta?

The last time you say “last one.”

Basta helps you work toward a life without cigarettes or vaping, one day at a time. Build your quit plan, see your progress, and reach for a little support when a craving shows up. Two animated lungs are coming along. They have opinions. Mostly encouraging ones.

MAKE IT YOUR QUIT PLAN
Start with your smoking or vaping habits, your triggers, and your reasons for stopping. Choose a quit date and keep what matters to you close, including personal motivation photos.

SEE EVERY DAY ADD UP
Track time since your quit date, estimated money saved, cigarettes avoided where relevant, and the cravings you've handled. Follow your progress and celebrate achievements along the way.

SUPPORT WHEN CRAVINGS HIT
Open SOS for guided breathing, a five-minute timer, and encouraging messages. Take a moment, check in with yourself, and keep going at your own pace.

GIVE YOURSELF SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO
Explore general recovery milestones, turn estimated savings into a personal goal, and get optional milestone notifications. Add a Home Screen widget to keep your progress in sight.

A LITTLE HUMOR. ROOM TO START AGAIN.
Your lungs have a daily comment ready. If you slip, record it and start a new streak while keeping your totals. Progress includes finding your way back.

Available in English, Italian, Spanish, French, and German, with light and dark themes.
