## What is Bastion HMO?

The Bastion HMO app enables you to manage your health and your health insurance policy seamlessly. 


Here are some amazing features of the app at your fingertips:

1. Policy details: Have a quick view of your policy start and end dates, your beneficiary details, your benefits, limits and sub-limits. 

2. Search providers: Locate providers on our network of hospitals, clinics, dentists, pharmacies, physiotherapists and other health care providers. Search for different categories of providers near you. 

3. Request appointments: Request for an appointment to see doctors and any other health care providers on the network. You can also schedule for lab tests through the app. 

4. Authorizations: Have online real-time view of all authorization requests and approvals.

5. Track your claims: Track payment of claims made on your behalf by Bastion.
6. My card: Electronic copy of your member card is available on the mobile app.


7. Send complaints:  It offers another channel to reach us easily. Let us know if we have not met your expectations. We will act swiftly to regain your trust. 

8. Survey: Send us feedback to let us know how we are doing on our services. 

9. Hospital rating: Rate the providers after every visit to the hospital.
