There has not been one previously and there is no way to request a new one The batteries drain separately one is at 1% and the other at 99%. All the time ### 2/5 — Update Failed *2026-07-04* The app has worked flawlessly until today’s update. Avoid it if you can. ### 3/5 — No Documentation *2025-10-15* This app reliably connected with my 48 V golf cart battery. The problem is there are some things in there that are kind of cryptic. It would be nice if they had a manual which described each parameter in the app. I even looked on YouTube to see if somebody had done an educational video on this app, but there were none that answered my questions. ### 3/5 — Battery warmer *2025-01-14* Does not allow me to turn on the battery warmer. ### 2/5 — Reconnection Issues *2024-09-07* App is pretty basic and no updates in the 6months I’ve been running it. Provides the necessary info to monitor the battery. But the issue is it never maintains Bluetooth connection. Every time I re-open the app I have to go through the reconnection process. This only takes a 5 seconds but would love it if it could be fixed. ### 3/5 — Acceptable but limited function. *2024-08-08* For a free and basic BMS reporting application this is an acceptable application. Everything works and it provides basic statistics and is easy to understand and use. Documentation is basically nonexistent but given how simple the provided information is that is okay. Battery doesn’t always auto connect which is frustrating and I would like to see specific documentation as to setup and maintenance of batteries with compatible BMS functionality. ### 3/5 — Starts on the wrong page. *2024-02-04* Battery disconnects and doesn’t reconnect automatically. I like that, it keeps the power from being wasted on a BT connection. But why does the app open on the data page when you have to go to the connection page every time? Start on the connection page, then have it go to the data page. ### 2/5 — Stopped shower battery percentage *2024-01-08* The battery percent at the top shows nothing. I tried a restart and reinstall and it doesn’t work still. ### 3/5 — Good app with one important bug *2023-04-03* Installed app on my iPhone 11 using latest iOS. Connected easily to my new Chins 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 “smart” battery, giving plenty of useful data, except that 5 of the 16 cells don’t display. (I tried the app on an iPad and all cells appear there). I emailed Chins about this and they replied promptly, saying they will look into this glitch. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t use golf cart after update *2026-07-10* After recent update now I am unable to use my golf cart. ### 1/5 — App update 7/9/26 *2026-07-09* Ever since the app update to fix some bugs I have not been able to use my battery. The functions in the app do not work to switch the battery on and off ### 1/5 — Give us what we want!!! *2026-07-08* The app developers removed the ability to toggle “charge” and “discharge” switches. Now it’s one of the worst BMS apps available. Save yourself some hassle and download a different app. Or maybe developers will eventually revert to the last software version that has NO issues. ### 1/5 — On/Off switch *2026-07-07* Removed the ability to turn off the battery. It was an awesome security feature that is no longer available. The only downside was that you could not charge while it was off but it kept our equipment safe from theft. ### 1/5 — Currently Broken *2026-07-05* This app has disabled the ability to toggle the discharge and charge functions on/off. If you have a battery it is currently rendered useless. My golf cart is currently unusable because of this issue. It ask me to provide CCard info and states there will be no charges. Luckily it was all on when this occurred. They addressed the issue but add a password. That is a nice feature but they have not provided the password so the app is still useless to me. Nice wäre allerdings noch, wenn man den Zugriff auf die Batterie mit einem Passwort schützen könnte.
