Works mostly as it should, but thumb-drag selection feature only (kinda) works, dragging top-down. If you drag up, it outputs out of order. And this is a problem since your older images (which you want to output first) are always earlier down in the list. So, you really hafta select each and every image. A pain. (I did a test of 10 numbered images...dragging UP output: 1, 2, 5, 4, 3, 8, 7, 6, 10, 9. Dragging down was fine--except output was 10 first, and 1 last. No bueno. It also deletes Captions added in the stock Photos app. I have to use an EXiF editor to bake in exif & tiff caption fields before I use this app (which its Save EXIF feature does respect). Plus it really needs some features... My previous (great) go-to batch resizer was BatchResizer2, but it doesn't work anymore. It showed info overlays on thumbnail selection screen: file type, file size, and arrows to rotate images. It also allowed fully unlimited customizable presets for any pixel sizes, aspect ratios, and compression amounts. Or adding a border. This app needs those features. $15 ad-free is wayyy to steep compared to my other one--which was free. I'd pay if it were full-featured. Updated; User Response: Thanks for your reply. I'll bet you could specify having the thumb selection field "right side up", with the oldest thumbs at the bottom. Updated #2, 5/3/2025: A.) the cache bloats to a huge size (I see 200+ megs. My phone is almost out of space, (why I need a Re-Sizer!) so I'm deleting & reinstalling the app a coupla times/day. B.) The "Don't Sell My Data" option was just removed. C.) App Deleted. Just bought Desqueeze Pro for 10 bucks.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Please note that this app uses the operating system's standard dialog to select images. The images are passed from the operating system to the app in this order.

It does batch resizing but doesn’t do batch cropping.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. You can also crop images in a batch process. To do this, select the fourth menu item from the top and enter the desired width and height.

And you can’t get support. I turned on the button to delete. It does not work.

I take about 1000 photos a day and I send them to a home office to be used in inspection reports.  This app makes it easy to shrink the pictures and load them to the Google Drive so my office can view and insert them in reports.  Highly recommend!

I’ve been using this app for a few years now. It has never glitched or failed. It is easy and effective. I usually resize around 35-50 pics at a time for the purpose of easy emailing for my business. No fancy graphics or beautiful artwork in its design. It is purely functional and worth a try.

This is a sleek, lightweight app that does exactly what I need and nothing more. The “Maximum Pixel” setting is extremely helpful, and I like having the choice of file type and JPEG compression. Great work! 

Also just a note, I do feel that $15 is fairly steep to remove ads. I understand that only you know your worth as a developer, but I feel that a vastly larger audience including myself would be more inclined to purchase the full version at $0.99-$2.99. Is that 5-15x more people? I’m not sure. For now, I’m okay with dealing with the ads, so thank you for having that option as well.

Five stars for app usefulness and for the ongoing app support from the developer. 

I do most of my photography post production on my iPhone after transferring from my mirrorless full frame camera and this app is essential for resizing my tweaked full res images to the size optimal for social media. It’s fast flexible and retains photo quality very well.

I was looking for an app like this as with an iOS update, the ability to email pics as attachments was eliminated. Pics are now only imbedded in the message area. Also iOS has no way to reduce file size in jpg format. I use an iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 16. This allows me to EASILY reduce file size of dozens of pics at one time and then use an Outlook app to send as attachments. Perfect! And the developer was responsive to my questions. That alone is worth the cost.

How : convert screenshots from png format to heic.  

Criteria : free or cheap app or shortcut.  

Pros : - automatically delete  

Cons : - date & time is changed, thus breaking the order of the screenshots. - ads & nag pop ups - expensive iap

Recommendation : - Desqueeze app is better suited to this use case. (Thank you Vitalij for providing this app.)

I couldn’t get this to work at all - various options (like changing the destination folder) were greyed out, and unselectable?

Also, no one knows what exact pixel sizes they want when they’re busy trying to quickly add images to an email or whatever. Only that they want the image half, quarter, a third the size etc. 

Less effort on displaying ads for the developer, and more effort in the user experience, please.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. This app is designed to resize images to an exact size in pixels. If you just want to reduce the file size, there are other great apps from other developers for that purpose.

This app is truly amazing and incredibly useful. It allows you to quickly resize multiple photos to any desired dimensions with ease. The app also includes options to adjust the quality of the images and convert between formats like PNG, JPEG, and HEIC (though I’ve only tested the JPEG format so far).

Selecting images to process is intuitive and straightforward. You can specify the desired output size by entering values for the pixel width and/or height in the provided fields. One particularly thoughtful feature is the ability to save resized photos to a specific album in your camera roll. However, I discovered that using the default album name, "Resized," doesn’t work unless the album already exists on your phone. To resolve this, you can either choose an existing album or create a new one beforehand. This feature is incredibly helpful as it keeps the resized photos separate from the originals.

Another great option is the ability to delete the original photos after saving the resized versions, which helps manage storage more efficiently.  If you elect to have the application automatically delete original photos they will remain in your recently deleted folder until they expire.  Incredibly convenient.

The free version of the app does include advertisements, but there’s a convenient link at the top that temporarily hides most of them, which is a thoughtful touch. I highly encourage users to support the developer by upgrading or donating, as this app is genuinely excellent and worth every bit of support.

The developer has done a fantastic job creating such a reliable and user-friendly application!
