Grace and Ezra are truly phenomenal for helping me gain access to the platform! The user interface is simple to navigate, and property data accuracy appears solid thus far for the properties I’m currently working. The only improvement recommendations I have at the moment are for: 1) the “Agent Search” feature, which isn’t accurately generating agent information for the property addresses I’m searching that are actively listed with an agent, which I’m unable to input; then 2) enhance the dark and light color themes, contrast appeal, and design quality to be more comparable in the crispness of DealMachine’s app platform. And easy to use ### 3/5 — Just Started *2025-11-22* Decided to give Batch leads a go. It’s been a total of roughly 20 minutes since purchasing the app and so far seems pretty good. The actual specific data could be off by a number or two but pretty close. The mobile app makes it so much easier for DFD. I’m yet to add lists and give it a try but so far looks very user friendly and easy to use. Alyxander ### 5/5 — Best Real Estate Software *2025-08-24* BatchLeads is the Best Real Estate Software for investors, wholesalers, private lenders, conventional lenders and agents and brokers of any kind and anyone else who services the real estate industry in any way. AND BatchLeads is affordable. Perfect for D4D ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-02-12, version 5.0.10* Garbage app, support is even worse when you need assistance with issues ### 1/5 — Can’t use Date fields *2025-02-25* Can’t use date fields on the iPad because the “Apply” button moves all the way to the top of the screen and then I can’t click it. Not only that but I can’t even go back a screen. I have to close the app entirely and start over. This is critical. It’s a DATE field. None of them work on the iPad so I get results from 1930-present. Not useful at all. I love BatchLeads for the most part so I’ll change this review if this mega issue gets fixed ASAP. ### 1/5 — Needs Major Fixing . Extreme Lag *2024-07-31, version 3.66.2* 1/5 ### 1/5 — Trial period is a scam *2024-07-21, version 3.66.2* Sign up for a trial for one week if not canceled they’d charge you, cancelled their trial 4 before the trial is over, got charged and they don’t even have customer service to respond to that. They’re a scam. Don’t trust them ### 1/5 — Poor customer service/frequent errors limiting user use *2023-12-10* I had batch for about 6 months and it progressively got worse. Batch seems to continually remove search criteria which hampers list building, the skip tracing isn’t good data and is expensive especially considering they require you to pay into your wallet in $50 increments and have a strict no refund policy. I continually had the same error when trying to download lists and would lost the ability to use the app for days, customer service must be disconnected from the developers because most businesses can’t afford to be down for multiple days. ### 1/5 — Trash for phones *2023-11-02* So I signed up for the 7 day free trial, and seconds after signing up for the free trial it took my money anyways. I looked around the app and couldn’t find anything to help filter it out the way I was shown on video. This app is horrible! Trying to get in contact with Customer Support or even close my account forever but it won’t let me. There is no account button there is no option to unsubscribe. And there’s no free trial because you get charged anyways and customer support is just horrible. Do not get this app if you are not on a laptop, not a good experience!!!! And it could be the same way for the laptop I don’t know I haven’t experienced that and I honestly don’t plan on it! I tried searching local houses and vacant properties only showed $1.3-$800K houses. This app is a BOOOOOO TOMATO TOMATO TOMATO 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅 ### 1/5 — Terrible. *2023-07-15* This app is terrible. It does a lot of cool stuff that is super convenient on the go. But it doesn’t do anything well. I have newest iPhone and still have issues with this app. It shuts down. The texts or other data sometimes just erase themselves. When you try to categorize the tags they just don’t work and don’t transfer over to your computer work station 90% of the time. Basic iPhone keyboard functions such as double tapping the space bar for a period doesn’t work. Often times your cursor will just move to another part of the sentence and you will continue typing if you don’t notice which ruins your text. It’s a small text box that doesn’t expand as a normal text box as your typing so you can only see 3-5 words at one time. You really can’t check your spelling and grammar before sending a text. EVERY function is glitchy in some way. I’m not going to go on for days. But when you pay this sort of money for a platform and this is what is provided, I highly recommend to RUN!!! Run away as fast as you can and get another rei texting platform. There’s plenty out there. I think this is the worst one I’ve come across and I’m upset at myself for how long I used it because I didn’t know better. ### 1/5 — Don’t recommend! The Worst Platform. Read below *2023-01-20* I do not recommend BatchLeads. The company gets more and more greedier over the time. They have raised their prices double over a few months period we have been using their platform. Since you have skip-traced lists with them you pretty much locked. If you cancel your account all your data will be lost. Also there is strict no refund policy, even from your wallet. You will have to go and leave any unused amount you got in your BatchLeads Wallet. I like the product but their policies drowning them down in competition.
