I always buy from bateel but this app is for gulf countries only - need system for international customers as well

Very bad application and very slow. I ordered food and it never got delivered after waiting for 3 hours. The restaurant kept promising me it is on the way but never got delivered. There is no way to track the order or get live update or contact the driver. Very manual process of communication with the restaurant. Now, I have to wait for 1 full week for refund which I need to follow up every day
