The ordering is a separate like website inside the app, what?

Very bad application and very slow. I ordered food and it never got delivered after waiting for 3 hours. The restaurant kept promising me it is on the way but never got delivered. There is no way to track the order or get live update or contact the driver. Very manual process of communication with the restaurant. Now, I have to wait for 1 full week for refund which I need to follow up every day

Huge disappointment. The rewards are only available for customers residing in UAE and KSA. What about others like myself living abroad :(
