The login process is unreliable and needs urgent attention. The app is also quite large in size, yet offers very limited and often unnecessary functionality. Performance-wise, it’s slow and laggy, which makes simple tasks feel unnecessarily difficult. On top of that, my service was suspended even though my payment was due today - before the day even ended. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion, especially since I always pay my bills on time. It’s really surprising that a major company like Batelco provides such a poor digital experience. I hope serious improvements are made soon - both in the app’s functionality and customer service processes. ### 1/5 — Very Low Grade Application *2025-06-06* Specifically I came here to write the review . Whoever in-charge of application team , kindly use it first and then submit for app store . application is nothing just website based and display balance and validity, nothing more , always error and saying " we are currently making updates to improve your experience " how many years you need ? **Developer response:** Hi, sorry for the unpleasant experience you had with our app. We request you to upgrade the app to the latest version as we have fixed the bug. However, when I traveled abroad the sim was not working it shows”no service” i have then contacted them and here was the surprise!!!! They said for me to receive calls and sms i need to pay extra fee and this fee depends on my id!!! But to tell approximately when i said I have Qatari ID they said it will charge 100BD!!!. I have visited one of the branches and the customer service there told me this is happening because its like a probation period and after 3 months it will work!!! The employee felt like a robot though. Anyway its the worst experience I ever had. Ah!
