Though the old battery was diagnosed to be quite healthy, I decided to replace it because it was already 2+ years old. The technician was very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work, Bateriku!!! ### 5/5 — Change Battery *2023-09-30, version 2.3.1* I called Saiful that I need a new Battery for my car and he replied and respond fast. The battery delivered within 10 minutes and together with his partner Khalidi. Both are very Professional and Has done a fantastic job. And now my car can move back to normal . The technician also very polite & patiently answered my question at site during changing my battery. I made a booking at 3.30pm and was told by customer service that the battery will be delivered within 30 minutes to 1 hour and they did delivered with timely manner. The installation was fast and the staff went through some diagnostic checks after installation to ensure everything works well. After replacing the battery, they use advanced battery tester to check the alternator functionality and whether the battery condition is it satisfactory. I was so panicked about my car’s battery but then a friend of mine suggested Bateriku & i am impressed! The apps is so easy to use. At first i wasn’t getting myhero but the apps suggested me to call the hotline so i called, Shamel asissted me. Thank you Shamel. Few mins after that, Encik Awang called me & came to the rescue. So grateful to have this company providing service that sooo needed when you in problem i.e. bateri kong issue. Both ocassion the technician very helpful, explain clearly and testing thoroughly. I once order and forgot to see the progress, bateriku call me to get my attention and reconfirm all info. As usual, not too long after the technician is call me that he is on his way. Very satisfied. Apps is very convinient ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst Deliverable Service *2024-12-22, version 2.3.4* Purchase different brand of battery but was sent with different brand once arrival. After less than 1 year of use of Astra battery drain out and was charge RM30 for inspection. After a month use back the battery still problem and call customer service and was inform will check and need to wait their technician arrive tomorrow morning where I called at 8:19PM. Refused to change their faulty battery instead. Dont use Bateriku as their customer service also very RUDE to deny their fault. Never recommend to my frienda and relative anymore since their bad service nowadays. ### 1/5 — 1 hour commitment is not met *2024-06-10, version 2.3.2* They claimed the technician would arrive within an hour. However, after one hour, the status was still 'pending stock.' I called the helpline several times and finally got the technician's contact. To my surprise, he was on another job and asked for 15 more minutes. After 15 minutes had passed, he still wasn't here. I called again, and he said he was still on the other job and had asked a colleague to replace him. This situation has wasted nearly two hours of my time for nothing! The technician could have informed me earlier and scheduled for another time. ### 1/5 — beware of the stock availability *2024-01-12, version 2.3.1* unethical sales and marketing on the battery stock availability for certain good brands. The App will show u many battery brand and models for u to choose. But after that the operator will called n give excuse say the good brand battery u chosen not available n hard sell u on their house brand battery. if ask for refund need 14working days. insist to change other brand then only offer another local brand battery, which i believe is selling in cheaper price, but the operator will tell it is same price as the good (Germany) brand ### 1/5 — Why I feel like I’m being trapped with your hard sales *2023-07-15, version 2.2.98* Witin my range they said out of stock for the brand I purchased in which I believe is ridiculous, are you trying to push sales for your preferred brand? Should have update in the apps if the stock is not available then, moreover I have to pay more from initial purchased. A desperate call to change the battery make me agree to the stock their providing. To cancel refund will take up to 7days which make me more upset. My very first experience using bateriku and should be the last. ### 1/5 — Service slow *2021-05-22, version 1.0.8* 2:30pm booking for a new battery. 4:00pm early slot. After booking less than 3 minutes (wow super fast!) got a phone call ask me about payment cash or online banking. I choose online banking coz dont have enough money in my wallet. BUT before that i already ask if technician can come early than 4, she told me normally just arround 1 hour. Ok deal. I got link to make a payment and payment done arround 10 minutes. But after payment, no call, no confirmation until me myself WhatsApp to them. Looking for booking in this apps. Nothing update. 3:50pm still pending. When i ask in WhatsApp they reply “sorry, we will do a check first” After 1 and a half hour????! And another replied was on 4:11PM “we already assign the technician, our technician will call you to go to your location” My slot should at 4pm. But i got system update assign for the technician at 4:11pm. What? A few minutes later technician call me. What a bad day, he said only can come after 5:30PM. And my order completed at 6PM The technician was nice to me. Please make improvement. System operation was so bad. ### 2/5 — Expensive battery *2025-09-18, version 2.3.5* Charge you extra for the 18 months warranty, but the mileage warranty is the same as the standard mechanical shop warranty, which is 25k km. So what is the purpose for paying more? Don’t ever choose the Astra brand, the battery died in less than a year, they refused to honor the warranty because I have hit the mileage warranty for more than 75km, just 75km. Heck if I go to mechanical shop for battery replacement, I’m sure they will replace it if it is less than a year. This will be my last battery replacement with Bateriku. ### 3/5 — Learn to be flexible *2024-01-02, version 2.3.1* First technician came and check on the car battery, but the battery was at 100% (brand Varta). But on and off my car receive indicator saying battery low. So I assume is the battery’s problem. Finally the day has come, my car come to a complete stop, called and wait for the technician. Finally he arrived, check on the battery and still it says 100%, according to technician, it’s their SOP they can’t proceed if it’s 100%, we negotiate for the past 30 mins just to ask him to use replacement battery to test. And so he compromise and surprisingly my car is alive. Moral of the story, cut the SOP’s BS, attend your customer’s needs. This will greatly improve your customer’s satisfaction. ### 3/5 — customer service was slow *2023-02-07, version 2.2.96* -Live chat took some time to get responses, and when the chats are transferred to email it cannot be continued hence having to start a new chat everytime. - Tried to make an order but error keep popping up when trying to register my card, but register fee already deducted from my card. - Finally booked an order through calls, ordered at 8.30am, technician came at 10:40am. - The process of installing new battery was fast which is good but it wouldve been better if waiting time is not so long. ### 5/5 — Excellent Service! *2025-12-09, version 2.3.5* My battery total kong.
