Obnoxious. You're limiting your sales ### 1/5 — I can’t log in since the update! *2026-08-13, version 13.0.1* I literally haven’t been able to log in since the app updated, keeps saying “we couldn’t complete your login please contact support.” I can log into the reg website, reset my password, and reinstalled the app. Fix it!!! ### 1/5 — A downgraded update *2026-08-13, version 13.0.1* I tried to send this to customer care, but the AI bot won’t help me do that, so here we are with a formal review. The new look is nice, but it’s not functional in the store. No one can scan the barcodes now. I thought it was my phone. No, they said it’s been happening non stop since the update. Also, why did you take away my coupons? I am a planner and want to see what coupons I have for the month ahead. By taking them away I’ll inadvertently shop less because I’m not changing my daily plans due to a push notification about a sale that’s only good for that day.
