This happens on nearly a daily basis and I rely on this app to deposit checks via my phone. These truly are local people who offer world-class customer service and support. Their Mobile/Online Banking Security and Encryption is second to none. I have been a BSI Customer for 20+ years and plan to be a BSI Customer for 20 more years and beyond! I would recommend Bath Savings to anyone. Every employee at each branch is always happy to help you and goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met. It’s run by real people. We get a real person on the phone or in the bank or at the drive through. Things go through all day long so you can see what’s happening. There’s no sudden resorting behind the scenes. After the upgrade, the deposit status is “accepted” but the funds never made it to my account. I’m unable to Re deposit the check because they view it as already deposited.
