Ever since I downloaded this app, I’ve been able to get in and out of the bathroom rapidly. This is a great app for building discipline since it allows you to have control of your time and get back to the world without spending 30+ minutes on the toilet.

I used the “walk” mode which literally makes me get out of the bathroom and walk for 20-30 sec before my insta/tik tok apps unlocked
