### 1/5 — Rescheduled end of tenancy clean without notice

4 days before scheduled clean they reschedule an end of tenancy clean without actually consulting if we would be ok with the new time. As it was an end of tenancy clean we obviously were not, so we cancelled. As it was cancellation within 7 days we were fully charged for the clean. No one answering the phone or emails where we try to claim our case. 
Avoid like the plague

Ich bin gezwungen ein Google Konto zu erstellen um einen Schaden zu melden oder Kontakt mit dem Support aufnehmen zu können.

Super app pour gérer son ménage, nous avions un grand ménage à faire et la personne à été au delà de ce que nous attendions, merci Batmaid 🧹

Batmaid est toujours là, je les appelle par intermittence une vingtaine de fois par an pour des locations Air BNB. Il sont très sympathique, écoutent réellement nos besoins et exigences et apportent des solutions en cas de force majeure. Je suis ravie et ne peut que les recommander

So geil und einfach 🤩 instant booking ohne Swipen und Kommentare lesen von anderen Usern. Hab mal 3h zum anfangen genommen (-20% von der Steuer abziehen 😂) , wurde angerufen und über alles informiert etc, super Kundenservice - und meine Batmaid hat mir sogar ne Schokolade 🍫 auf das Kissen gelegt mit ner Grußkarte 🙌
