I cannot even play the full game even though I purchased the multipack because it insists I only bought two episodes, I know I purchased the multipack because all the episodes were available at some point. Cannot even enjoy the game, fix this bug because I am not purchasing it again

I purchased all episodes after playing the first as it was free and it was fun. However, when I tried to play episode 2 it said that I needed to purchase it. I tried to “restore” my purchase but it wouldn’t work. It was a waste of my money. Do not recommend unless this issue is fixed.

I want to make a box and if I could even a complaint I bought the "multipackage" of the game I charged my card the $15 and they haven't been unlocked then I tried to do it with chapter 2 to see if it was a failure and it also charged me the $5 and I don't unlock the chapter, what is this? Please give me back my money or unblock the chapters I paid for this is a lack of respect
