## What is Baton?

Baton is a git-native API client for developers. Build and send REST, GraphQL, and WebSocket requests, organize them into collections, and keep everything in a git repository you control.

Your workspace is plain, human-readable YAML - the same files you'd review in a pull request. Sync it to your own git host (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket) and your requests, environments, and variables travel with you across devices, with a clean diff on every change.
