## Most critical reviews (7 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — The battery life is always 90%

*2024-10-19, version 1.4*

The battery life never changes it’s static on 90%. App refresh is on swell. It’s basically like an icon showing 90% so unfortunately not much use.

### 3/5 — It could have some improvements

*2026-02-13*

It would be nice to make the battery showing widget a little bigger, or a slider to make it bigger so you can see it without putting on glasses..Also there’s this thing called “Display update time” but it’s unavailable..What is it for?

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback!

Regarding the widget size, widget dimensions are defined by Apple’s system specifications, and developers are not able to freely adjust or scale them beyond those guidelines. Because of this limitation, it is unfortunately difficult for us to make the battery display larger or add a size slider. We truly understand the need for better visibility and appreciate your suggestion.

As for “Display update time,” this feature shows the last time the widget was updated. Since widgets on iOS are refreshed by the system at unpredictable intervals, this timestamp helps users understand when the displayed battery information was last refreshed and whether it reflects the most recent data.

Thank you again for your thoughtful comments.

### 3/5 — Is not accurate

*2025-04-07*

Only shows percentage to nearest 5% apparently. If you have 77% it still only shows 75%. Fix and get five stars.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback!
You're absolutely right — due to iOS limitations, the battery level we receive is rounded and only updates in ~5–10% increments. Unfortunately, Apple doesn't currently provide a more precise way to access exact battery percentage through public APIs.
if Apple opens up more detailed battery info in the future, we’ll be sure to update the app to take full advantage of it!

### 4/5 — as accurate as it can be

*2025-11-13*

as other reviews have mentioned, it only displays the percentage rounded to the nearest 5%, but that’s apple’s native issue, not this app

### 4/5 — Percentage sign

*2025-10-08*

Simple & great app, but can’t get rid off the “%” on widget

### 5/5 — Does what it should

*2024-11-02*

This widget has the feature that Apple should have originally had themselves. No brainer. Works as described and gives me a Lock Screen widget with percentage etc. oh, and it’s FREE. Download it.

### 5/5 — Almost Perfect Widget

*2023-12-07, version 1.4*

I would like to make a suggestion to make it perfect! The option to allow it to run in the background for the most accurate battery reading. Within the background app refresh. I have noticed it may display 20% on the widget but 18% on my iPhone status bar.
