## What is Battery Trick?

Stop screen time battles with a fake "Low Battery"!

Are you struggling to get your child to stop watching videos?

"Battery Trick" is here to help parents end screen time peacefully.

[How it works]

### 3/5 — IS THIS LEGAL??

*2026-05-04*

A YouTube in an app that’s not YouTube? Ummm

**Developer response:** Thank you for your concern.
We understand why it might look unusual at first glance! Please rest assured that this app is 100% legal and has been fully reviewed and approved by Apple. It is not an unauthorized video app, but a parental control tool built using standard iOS features. We simply display the official website within a restricted app environment so parents can set a hidden timer. When the time is up, it triggers a fake "dead battery" screen to help prevent toddler tantrums. This app was created out of a genuine need to manage daily screen time struggles with my own child.
We hope this clears up your doubts!
