### 2/5 — Doesn't work. Doesn't update to current levels.

*2024-01-17*

For most of us the whole point of this app is to see the apple watch battery level from other devices like iphone and macbook. It doesn't update the battery level of the watch uless you open the app on the watch also, which is a complete waste of time. Asking for a refund.

### 2/5 — not updating

*2023-12-31, version 2.0.8*

the battery isnt updating for other devices or when its does its not a true battery reading

### 3/5 — Peripherals

*2023-12-11, version 2.0.8*

Why isn't the peripherals battery being shown ?

### 2/5 — Not showing correct battery levels

*2023-08-04, version 2.0.8*

Doesn’t show correct battery level unless application is open on device

### 3/5 — Updates are necessary

*2023-07-20*

Just installed it but see it hardly does real time battery stand update. My Apple watch is on the charger but nothing changes as to it moving up in charging scale. Please make it work.
May you also include the Airpods please.

### 3/5 — Doesn't display the correct percentage!

*2023-07-13, version 2.0.8*

It would be a great app, but it doesn't display the correct percentage, even when you refresh it!

### 4/5 — Works as expected!

*2023-07-08, version 2.0.8*

It works as expected good. But need more clear privacy policies.

### 3/5 — Really good idea; does NOT work well

*2023-02-02, version 2.0.8*

Maybe I have done something wrong but even with background app refresh turned on the battery level info is still reporting where the battery was when the devices were locked for the night. That was 12 hours ago and they are still reporting around 80%

Battery icon options for the OSX app would be nice, something the looks more like the stock icon.

Giving 3 stars because it’s a good idea and I believe we’ll get there :)

### 4/5 — Seems good

*2023-02-01, version 2.0.8*

I haven't been using this long but so far it seems good, only thing is that I checked the option on my mac to show the simplified version and now I can't put it back because the application won't scroll, so I'm stuck on the simplified layout. I can still see all my battery levels so it's not the end of the world, but the application is cut off at the top so it's just a bit annoying that I can't scroll on it to change any settings. Does what it promised though, and I'm glad it's a one-time purchase and not a subscription

### 1/5 — Unreliable battery info updates

*2023-01-17*

The app will say “updated 5 seconds ago” but that just means the screen was updated. The information it’s showing me is often/usually hours old. Unless you have a complication on the watch active on your current face, or a widget on an i(Pad)OS recently displayed the data ends up not being updated. My guess is Apple just does not let the apps regularly update the information in the background often enough. It doesn’t save me any time if I have to go to each device to get it to update. The convenience is lost.

### 1/5 — Nothing is working, just don't buy it

*2022-11-01, version 2.0.8*

It's just a blank page with an error message, and there is nothing working.

### 1/5 — Not Worth It

*2022-10-01*

I read the comments and made the widget and did the complications and it still doesnt work

### 2/5 — Slow to update

*2022-09-20, version 2.0.8*

Only one view on each device. Unable to change background colour. Preview screens on App Store misleading. Save your money until this app has major improvements.

### 1/5 — Sporadic performance

*2022-08-19*

Esthetically unpleasing (sizes of devices are vastly different), updates from my mac stopped some time back, dev changes the app a lot frequently but this introduces new functional and / or esthetic issues. Unhappy

### 2/5 — Nothing worse than having a dead battery besides, thinking you have battery.

*2022-07-31*

Nothing worse than having a dead battery, than thinking you have sufficient battery and realizing the meter is wrong.

I would not buy this. My watch and phone have been sitting at 1% and 62% and the Battery Monitor 2.0 is showing them as 92% and 100%.

One word summary: Useless.
(I don't want to waste any of your time like this app will)

This is a joke- I've done everything the instructions tell you to do. And if there is any remote posibiity of an the app being wrong to gauge this (whether user error or not) it's a deal breaker. I guess keep my $5 dollars - not worth trying to get it back. The hassle time lost trying to get it to work is enough.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Fraudulent money back guarantee. Product does not work as advertised.

*2025-03-26*

This app does not work to keep track of battery levels on the Apple Watch without running a watch face complication of the app. This is not properly described on the product description. I don’t want to have to replace a complications with one for this app to track my watch battery. Furthermore, upon purchase this app does not qualify for a a refund. The money back guarantee no questions asked is fraudulent.

### 1/5 — Not good for the Vision Pro

*2025-02-24, version 2.0.8*

In the Vision Pro, there is no way of seeing the battery level of my Magic Keyboard and Trackpad like I do with all my other devices. I know other people have noticed this too, and if I need to check the battery level, I then need to connect it to my Mac to find out the level of these devices. I was hoping to find an app that would fix this, but it’s not this one, and I haven’t found one yet. This app should be removed from the Vision Pro App Library until it’s able to do this.

### 1/5 — (Doesn't show except mac) Please get back to me

*2024-08-11*

I tried all things to get it to show my AirPods as well as iPhone and iPad but no luck. Please advise and help.

We would also appreciate it if there is a widget avaibale for this. It should be "easy" to make I think since it is the exact same info.

### 1/5 — Don't buy

*2023-11-14*

This app is buggy and does not work well.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2023-10-16*

The Battery Widget 2.0 is useless. It doesn't do what it claims to do which is show battery levels on all devices. It flat out is a piece of garbage. It doesn't show battery levels on my Watch, my iPhone, or my iPad, which was the main reason I purchased it. And forget about costomer service, there is none. Don't waste $4.99, it isn't worth 9 cents.

### 1/5 — Do not buy this App!!!!!

*2023-09-09*

The App does not work correctly in Ventura 13.5.2

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2023-07-12*

Gives wrong information on attached devices

### 1/5 — Not what expected

*2023-06-03*

Doesn’t connected to all my devices, mouse, keyboard etc, also tried to get a refund right after buying it and it says I’m not eligible even though advertised as refunded eligible within 14 days

### 1/5 — Unable to Find Support Page

*2023-03-14*

I liked the concept of the app, but it isn't doing what I wanted it to, so I went to refund it, but I can only do so on their support page, which doesn't seem to be functioning. So now I'm stuck with no way to refund this app, even though I'm well within the 14-day purchase period.

### 1/5 — Garbage app don't waste your money

*2023-02-04*

Just a click bate app that doesn't do anything that mac OS doesn't already tell you

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Works nicely.

*2024-01-03*

Is a very neat way of telling what your batteries are doing on every device. Works reliably and is set up nice and tidy with widgets etc. Only minor improvements I would make are: -The ability to have Bluetooth devices show up on it automatically, then I wouldn’t have to have the original Apple battery widget showing as well. -The battery meter on the modular ultra layout in one of the small slots to look like the original Apple battery meter.
-for it to notify me when a device is almost at full charge.

### 5/5 — Battery widget 2.0

*2023-04-29, version 2.0.8*

Very good battery app I’m happy that my Apple Watch shows my iPhone and iPad battery percentage !

### 5/5 — Works well and easy to use

*2022-12-14*

Make sure you install and open in each device and you are good to go. I use it on my watch, phone and new Macbook air.

### 5/5 — Quick to set up

*2022-11-19, version 2.0.8*

Does what it says - once it's installed on the relevant devices, the battery level of each is picked up and shown on the others. Currently working on MacBook Air, phone and watch

### 5/5 — Great app with small glitch

*2022-06-25*

Great app with one very small issue- the font for the iPhone on the iPhone widget is larger than for the other devices. It's not a big deal but kind of bothers me. Otherwise, perfect.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for 5 star review ❤️ I am working hard on making the UI great with all the constructive feedback I received so far. Thank you 🙏

I would also like to mention here for anyone reading this: you can also send any requests/suggestions to me at pawankdixit@icloud.com I will be happy to make the app even better with your feedback.

### 5/5 — Apple Watch iPhone battery on mac FTW

*2022-04-03, version 1.5*

It does most of what it promises but it needs work. I love the idea though. I'm happy to support the developer.

### 5/5 — Really good app.

*2021-06-08, version 1.3*

Very reliable. Doesn't add to your overall energy consumption while pinging other devices. Looks good. Easy to install and works great on Apple Watch 4, MacBook Pro 2017 and my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

### 5/5 — An excellent application

*2021-06-07, version 1.1*

Happened to stumble across this app and it’s creator on Twitter. Thought I’d pay for it to check it out. It’s a great app and I love it’s implementation. Didn’t even know I needed something like this! Will definitely check out the other apps :)

### 5/5 — Batteries

*2021-05-15, version 1.0.4*

Works well.

### 4/5 — Works well, missing a key feature.

*2024-10-15, version 2.0.8*

It works as advertised, however I’d appreciate a live activity on both iOS and WatchOS. Also, I’d like icons matching the actual devices. My black series 9 is showing as a white series 4. Not the biggest deal, but it’s something nonetheless.
