Just upgraded my subscription but probably going to cancel since unable to manage anything. ### 1/5 — Didn’t get what I paid for *2025-02-11* I did the battle box subscription an did the pro + plus s/h an I received the mission box 111 witch is a great box but I also feel like I didn’t get what I was supposed to get. Reached out to customer service twice an haven’t heard back ### 2/5 — Excellent company, horrendous website/app development *2023-02-05* The app lags and takes awhile to get to things because of this. 100% of the time when I add something to the cart the app crashes and I have to navigate back to the screen I was at. Takes about a minute. You’d think it’s no big deal but when you’re adding 7-8 things for your bug out bag it’s just not worth it. ### 1/5 — Never Again. *2021-11-10* Signed up for the second from the top tier subscription box the “Pro subscription” and also purchased a mystery box. Lesser items from previous tiers were cheap and overpriced on paper to add value to the box. Spent over $150 to have the number 1 item from the pro box not be shipped. Customer service responded back within 24 hours. They said they would resolve the issue and send missing piece. I appreciated that and upgraded to the “Pro Plus Subscription”. After upgrading I received an email telling me they would subsequently not resolve the issue and the only resolution for me was to “Skip a month “. No thank you. I’ll just cancel and buy quality gear, appropriately priced elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service. *2021-04-16* No number to call, I’ve gotten one email back about my wrong shipping address that told me to respond in 5 business days.
