Buddy list. Allowing us to easily find and add people to play with. Allowing us to see who is online when loading a match. So we can see if lobby is full of bots (for cruising in match) or irl people gaming (to not be so blasé about it). End of match screen showing all that were playing (include their match stats). Clickable name tabs to see their profile (which should have an add buddy feature which can be toggled off by the player, if they don’t want invites). Clans and much much more. But buddy list is top priority if you are serious about wanting player retention. Oh and basic customer service would help with ensuring we know you aren’t abandoning us.
