## What is Battle Of The Forsaken?

In a dystopian world where reality is malleable, two rival factions battle for supremacy: the Raw Syndicate and the War Syndicate. As either Rawley or Rayna, the last remnants of the Raw Syndicate, you possess the legendary Truth Power, a force capable of shaping reality itself. The War Syndicate, led by the enigmatic Greed, wields Dark Truth, a corrupted version of the power that can manipulate minds and bend reality to their sinister will. You must protect Forsaken City from the clutches of Greed and the War Syndicate militia and restore the true nature of reality.

This is decent fighter game. One of the more “true” fighting games on mobile but it does come with its issues. For one, the “tutorial” doesn’t really teach you anything nor does training. You pretty much have to figure everything out yourself. Music and sound effects are…not great.. pretty much muted all of that. The cpu are insanely strong even from the first fight of the story which really is your run of mill arcade mode from any fighting game. There really isn’t a story here. There’s one very cheese enemy that shoots a gun. Super annoying to fight..why? Once you learn your controls and combos, your ultimate should really be able to combo into your standard moves. Instead it just drops almost everytime. Grabbing is nearly useless, enemy has to pretty much be in your face and by the time they are? You’re already getting launched into the air. Not sure what the charge is for? Nothing ever charges and parry window is absurd. I’d say tone down the cpu and let it get harder from the first fight of the story. Clean up the combos and clean up the music and this game could be solid. May even compete with Skullgirls.

This has to be one of the best hands-down fighting games with controller support on mobile by far without an emulator next to Vita fighter. I know this uses a blood ton of AI but the direction this is going is seriously pretty sick. Some fine-tuning within the controller department as well as sounds will definitely take this a long way. Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it.

The game is pretty fun, moves chaining into launchers, air combos, and giving players simple motion inputs on mobile is a godsend. The only gripe I really have is with grabs, they whiff on blocking opponents defeating the entire purpose of a grab, and maybe the ai can feel unfair sometimes but that’s probably a skill issue. Despite this, I really like what this game is going for and I’ll stick around to see what you guys do with it and hope for the you
