## What is Battle Sleep?

BATTLE SLEEP. THE WEEKLY LEAGUE FOR YOUR SLEEP.

Compete with friends. Seven nights. A score from real sleep values, not the number on the screenshot.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Start a challenge or follow an invite.
2. Each morning, upload a screenshot from your sleep tracker.
3. Battle Sleep reads raw values: duration, stages, time in bed. That becomes a score from 0 to 100.
4. Better sleep earns Moons. The world ranking compares average scores.

PRIVACY
Account, challenges, and sleep values are stored for the league. Screenshots are processed on your device (OCR). Apple Health and Garmin are optional. No analytics SDKs. Stakes are free text. The app does not take money.
