With its charming soundtrack, light story, and cute art style, *Battle Tactics* shows some heart. But Vulcron’s first step outside the pixelated world falls short. The game suffers from a lack of direction, a pile of bugs, and gameplay that gets repetitive fast. It’s got hints of Warpath and Clash of Clans, but without the depth or polish to really stand out in today’s market.
