They said because I didn’t have enough activity in the game, they couldn’t help. I paid for the battle pass every month except this past one as I was gifted one. I maxed out everything daily and weekly. So, no help because my activity didn’t include purchases. Everyone please do not play this game. If you do play please leave the game as the game. The games system does not recognize what is legal and what is illegal and will ban accounts for the dumbest reasons. I had fun playing while I had my account. Avoid this game at all costs. This is bar far the worst developed and managed game and platform I have ever experienced. The customer service reps are completely out of touch with the players and the game pricing is so insane combined with intentionally rigged drop rates causing every component of the game to cost hundreds of dollars while there are approximately 65 components to build a single carrier.
