With the sprinkle of extremely anti consumer design and convoluted support system because of the sheer amount of complaints they refuse to listen to. ### 3/5 — Authenticator works but account details are dumb *2026-07-24, version 1.36.0* When selecting account it opens an inbuilt browser which requires authentication which you switch to (to approve) and then when you go back it’s logged back out. Company’s need to stop stepping over dollars to save pennies and start hiring good quality workers. Not cutting labor and hiring bodies to meet quotas for a loud and outspoken 20%. BUT- I really really wish we still had the WoW Companion App. That app made it so much easier to actually play the game for me. The convenience of being able to check your stats , mail, auctions, etc… I really miss these things. It freed up my screen time for actual questing and raids. I spent so much money on the game and had so much progress saved so i was stressing. These guys customer support team battles with me for three days to help me get my account back. I don’t think any other game platform would do that for their players. I am now a life time customer for blizzard.
