Power orbs are hard to come by, especially if you play frequently enough to want them on a specific weapon. It feels pay to win in the sense that you can get them from crates instead of normal progression. Even though you give shards for leveling up, it’s still an inconvenience when someone spends money and is way stronger than someone who might not have the luxury. It’s competitive, and strategy based but the trophies you get are not enough especially with the difference between winning and losing being only 2-3 shards. I don’t really feel rewarded for winning (which isn’t easy at all), I just feel like when I finish a game in 1st the only thing I can do is play again. There’s really no upgrades unless you play religiously, no battle pass, no challenges... just a vanilla game with little direction. I’m sure when more content begins to roll out and you tweak some of the features, it will be fine. So the game itself is pretty fun. In other battle royals, I didn’t like how you had to find weapons, so having a weapon already equipped was a plus for me. However the negatives of this game are they 1.) characters move way to slowly to get anywhere on the map. And 2.) the range of guns and stuff is too short. I like it it’s very addicting. The matches are quick and for me it’s easy to win because of how I play. You don’t have to pay to win but you can. This game is all about your strategy and load out choice you gotta think quickly to get wins. Another cool feature is private matches, you can host your own solo, duo, or trio lobbies. The player base isn’t really big so I’ve literally only played 1 trio and a couple duos but solo is fun and that were most people are.
