I set the screentime unlock time to just 1 minute, so I have time to respond to friends of Instagram but not to scroll. I also find the ability to use your Anki decks as the decks that unlock your screentime very useful, as I’m able to just input my own and prebuilt decks into the app. It’s made even scrolling feel productive.
