For those who are fortunate to live in a home enabled with Baulogic’s ecosystem of products, connect and control while sitting on your sofa or whilst away to give you fingertip control of your home.

Monitor and control your Baulogic home:
Heating – easily adjust the temperature of the home
Blinds and Curtains – open and control one or all rooms
Lighting – set your lighting levels at the touch of a button
Security and CCTV – See your cameras and get alerts
Door Intercom – view who is at your door and respond.

And bring it all together with sensors and modes. Using our sensors and modes, take different action when movement is senses or alarms are triggered:

At Home mode: Turn on lights whilst you are at home but send alerts when you are away

Goodnight: Turn on lights and send alerts when a movement is sensed whilst you are sleeping.

To connect to your box just scan the QR code provided and enter the Pin code supplied.

A few weeks in with my baulogic system and whilst still working through the configuration and refining how we are going to use it, on the whole the system shows great promise.
Despite this, the app is terrible. It constantly hangs on connecting to the cloud service, and on the rare occasion it does connect, the lights, shutters etc are slow to respond if they respond at all.
The infrastructure behind the app clearly needs to be improved (scaled out behind a load balancer perhaps?), or the networking issues investigated and resolved.
