Sie öffnet das Tor zu einem innovativen Zeichnungsverfahren, welches den hohen Sicherheitsanforderungen der Europäischen Bankenaufsichtsbehörde in vollem Umfang gerecht wird: dem secTAN Verfahren. Ihre secTAN erhalten Sie in die mittels Sicherheitsgeste oder TouchID/FaceID geschützte Security App – so zeichnen Sie Aufträge flexibel und extra sicher.
 
Hinweis:
Um die BAWAG Security App nutzen zu können, müssen Sie das secTAN Verfahren aktiviert und die BAWAG Security App installiert haben. Loggen Sie sich wie gewohnt in Ihr BAWAG P.S.K. eBanking ein und fordern Sie im Reiter „Service“ unter dem Menüpunkt „Sicherheitsverwaltung - secTAN Verwaltung“ einen Aktivierungscode für die Anmeldung zum secTAN Verfahren an. Folgen Sie anschließend den Schritten des Aktivierungsprozesses in der BAWAG Security App.

• Mit secTAN Aufträge zeichnen:
Nach Auftragserteilung mittels secTAN im eBanking erhalten Sie eine push-Benachrichtigung in Ihre Security App. Bei Klick auf diese gelangen Sie zu den Auftragsdaten und der auftragsspezifischen secTAN. Prüfen Sie zur Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit die Daten und geben Sie anschließend den Auftrag im eBanking mit der angezeigten secTAN frei.
 
• Einmal PIN anfordern:
Nutzen Sie nach der TouchID/FaceID Aktivierung die zusätzlichen Sicherheitsservices der Security App: Die Einmal PIN können Sie anstelle Ihrer persönlichen PIN zum einmaligen Login nutzen.
Wenn Sie sich etwa auf einem öffentlichen Rechner oder im Urlaub ins eBanking einloggen wollen und Bedenken haben, Ihre Zugangsdaten einzugeben, so können Sie auf einem TouchID/FaceID-fähigen Smartphone oder Tablet eine einmal gültige PIN anfordern. Diese garantiert Ihnen überall einen sicheren Einstieg. Natürlich ist die Einmal PIN auch eine sichere Hilfe, wenn Sie Ihre herkömmliche PIN vergessen haben.
