How is disabling the Face ID sign on feature helping at all? People are more likely to guess my password than have my face and my phone. This is the most annoying feature on any app. Just let me sign on with my face lol.

I find this app EXTREMELY temperamental. Something as simple as mobile deposit is extremely hard to use until you figure out all the things you need to do to get it to accept checks much less even allow you to take the photo. This is not user friendly at all and very frustrating.

When I click on the app it automatically has an error pop up. I can’t even log in. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and still the same thing. If Bay Atlantic can’t afford to have working apps how do I know they can afford the programs to keep my account information secured.

I don’t know if it’s my phone or what but this app gives and error message and still allows you to sign in and do transfers and stuff,

This isn’t the first time. Can’t check anything and can’t get into my account at all. Says my account information is wrong. I have to travel to the bank to check everything.

it would be really nice if the app would show the correct amount of money in my account and not show the wrong ledger balance for atleast a couple months now in my savings. I just deposited a check friday in my checking and it’s only saying half of went through and it’s wednesday. Very inconvenient I’ve had this app for a year or two now and haven’t had any issues besides that only thing missing 24 hour customer service text service representative and Mobile depositing checks would be a good feature to consider adding to your app.

Bay Atlantic Bank 🏦 is very good people. 
I LOVE IT THERE!!! I been with them for a very long time. I NEVER had no problem with them.

Has a lot of options. Love the mobile deposit option, don’t even need to go to the credit union to deposit a check.
