It does not prompt for it. I even tried to delete what was saved for FaceID and re-add it, in addition to deleting the app and reinstalling it. I keep tapping the FaceID section and it comes up with a blank screen with header. I’ll try to return to the home page and it does not respond as easily either…

This bank is terrible.. I tried to make a payment yesterday and I was instantly declined.. I had money in my account and it still declined me.. it won’t even let me manage my cards to see if it’s u locked.. bay state is very terrible. Stay away from these guys
