Le panier de fruits et légumes que j’ai récupéré cet après-midi contenait plusieurs produits dans un état très dégradé, voire impropres à la consommation. Pour moi, cela va totalement à l’encontre du principe même de l’anti-gaspillage. Je pense qu’il serait nécessaire de mieux sensibiliser les enseignes partenaires et de former leurs collaborateurs sur la préparation des paniers anti-gaspi. Ayant déjà utilisé ce type de service à l’étranger, je peux vous assurer que les grandes enseignes savent proposer des paniers avec des produits moins esthétiques ou proches de leur date limite, tout en restant parfaitement consommables. Je suis particulièrement déçu car je soutiens pleinement le concept proposé par BAYA. L’objectif ne doit pas être de donner aux clients des produits qui ne peuvent plus être consommés, mais de valoriser les invendus encore consommables et d’éviter leur gaspillage. J’espère sincèrement que BAYA renforcera le contrôle de la qualité des paniers proposés par ses partenaires.
