It says I have messages but can’t see them anywhere. Very intermittent with working. ### 1/5 — Uggg *2025-09-18, version 5.1.0* I can’t see any open shifts only messages. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Chats stopped working *2023-01-18, version 4.1.0* Hoping I can get help. I was able to open and access the announcements from this app until recently. Whenever I open the announcements the app closes out. And yes I have tried it all from reinstalling the app multiple times shutting down my phone all the hacks I’ve tried. My own IT (the company’s IT) can’t even help me fix this issue. I’m missing messages and find the app to be less than satisfactory ### 2/5 — Too many updates *2021-08-16, version 3.1.0* Allowing for updating later on would be more convenient when staff doesn’t have time to update at the immediate moment. Sometimes I have to skip messages because I can’t get readily into the app. ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Great app with a fatal flaw *2025-04-16, version 5.1.0* Theres one fatal flaw which could be by design, but you can’t upload photos from your camera roll. For example, if you’re with a patient and don’t have service, you can’t take a picture and upload it later from camera roll when you do get service. ### 3/5 — Just a suggestion *2022-04-06, version 3.2.0* Not bad, but would be much easier to use if we could also select pics from photo library to send instead of only being able to take pics in the app and then send ### 3/5 — No notifications *2021-08-03, version 3.0.0* Overall, the app has a nice looking design and is easy to navigate through. However, the biggest issue is that it doesn't give any kind of notifications when you get new messages. So by the time you realize you had a message waiting, it already expired. This would be a seriously helpful app if something so simple would've actually worked like it does on every single other alternate messaging app. Another annoyance is that the app doesn't keep you signed in. So you constantly have to sign in, which sometimes doesn't actually work, every time you want to check on the messages.
