If I could give this zero stars I would. None of the test results come up for X-rays or echos etc. The lab test results pulls in pulse ox measurements for some reason?? You can’t see any progress notes. This app is utterly useless. You’re better off logging in online. Login tabs just never pops up, and in it place it continues going in circles indicating it is trying to complete loading. Please redesign it It’s not user friendly, it keeps going blank, and I can’t access anything. How am I supposed to even send my dr a message if I can’t access the portal? Try Athena, or MyChart. Either of these work great. AND, other health groups use them too. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2025-09-21* The app takes you to the sign in page. If you use a password manager or need to paste in a password, the app reverts back to the first page asking you to sign in. Cannot get past this. Must just use web without app to actually sign in and use the site. ### 1/5 — Least functional healthcare app *2025-09-19* I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app multiple times and each time I login successfully, grant access, and allow all notifications. Someone needs to fix this bug ### 1/5 — Poor User Experience *2025-08-31* I don’t usually bother to review apps but I need to say that as a BayCare patient, this is a very poor service experience. As a result, I regret having my X-rays taken here. I should’ve gone elsewhere, regardless of location convenience for my doctor. I am the patient and there are plenty of in-network imaging providers in my area. All I want to do is get my results and this app doesn’t even work with the iOS Passwords app. FIX this BASIC User Experience issue - please & thank you ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-08-26, version 3.0.13* I’m the Baycare services for my Dr. are great. The App just doesn’t work at all. App does not work. I don’t think anyone reads these reviews because if they did they would fix it… such an inconvenience. They need to take some pointers from AdventHealth. Their app is flawless.. the only reason I need this app is because I have one doctor at Baycare. All my doctors and specialists are through AdventHealth. Went to app to make an appointment, it keeps saying my credentials are not valid. So tried to create a new password. It sends a code to put in, but when you go back to the app it makes start all over again. And I was able to use it, it wasn’t any help. I would try and check my labs, they were never updated. THIS APP IS NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL!!! ### 1/5 — App doesn’t even work *2026-01-24* I have installed this app 10 separate times. I select create account and get a blank white screen that stays there permanently. I have an iPhone 14 with up to date software. I cannot create an account. Stupid BayCare which is a complete failure at my clinic (bills me instead of my secondary insurance routinely) has now deleted 14 years of my health records in follow my health which worked perfectly and has made it impossible to get it back and now has an app that doesn’t work to give me my new data. Needless to say that while I have loved my doctors I’m looking for doctors that aren’t associated with incompetent stupid unreliable BayCare that can’t even create a working app. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — App works for iPhone *2026-06-09* I was able to login and can view upcoming appointments, lab work and messages with my BayCare providers. If you had trouble before, give it another try. There was a couple second delay before the initial login screen transitioned from blank to displaying the fields. ### 3/5 — Needs messaging *2026-03-25* The app should have the ability to message your provider for things like medication refills. ### 3/5 — Frustrated patient *2025-01-29* The old BayCare patient app was great, I had no complaints. This new and improved app is very frustrating to use. I can’t even sign in as it doesn’t allow me too. Once I manage to get in I can’t send a message to my care team. The only way I can send a message is from my Gmail account that I have to search for messages my dr had sent me. This app doesn’t have a place to message your doctor.
