I had called about 6 months ago or longer and was told that it was just going to stay on there indefinitely this was told to me from a member service person. I called back recently in November and spoke with Mary Ann and she in turn has been working with the IT department. But no resolution has been found. This is very frustrating since I have to agree to this agreement every time. Just to note Mary Ann has been very diligent with her follow up and assistance. She is to be commended for trying to resolve this matter. Thanking you in advance for your assistance with this matter. I enjoy the app; I don't use many but it's one of my favorites. User friendly, no ads, I like the quick balance that is my favorite part! I still use my iPhone 4s because I appreciate the smaller size and most of my apps no longer work because of not getting the software updates. BHFCU app still works fine & no security issues/breaches. Then when I need to use online or the brick and mortar bank; employees are friendly, eager to help, treat my dogs kindly when I come through drive thru adding a special treat.
