It is still connected to her account, and she is long gone, moved. I have messaged Bayit like four or five different times and nobody’s gotten back to me to unbind the camera from her account. So the camera is basically useless at this point. Why would I buy another newer product from this company if I can’t get a hold of anybody? I cannot get the app to recognize the device and support has not been helpful. If you’re ok spending money that will go to waste after a few years, go ahead. The troubleshooting options don’t work. I have 5 cameras and none of them work. The app is very well thought out and has some helpful features. On the other hand, it won’t stay connected more than 10/15 seconds before it drops the video feed. The signal is 90-99% and internet speed is always between 40-69 mbps. Hopefully the bugs get worked out as I’d like to add a couple more cams and smart lights.
