The WiFi socket will not pair with my iPhone 6 rendering my 2 security cameras and multiple sensors useless. No response from company after initiating several help tickets. Tried everything to restore connection but failed. Tried to get help many times but never got past the ticket. If you cannot provide service to customers, then you have no right to swindle them out of their money. Extremely unprofessional. Now not even supporting English language anymore(just figure out that I can change from setting). Customer care is also went from bad to pathetic in 4-5 month. If can’t support then don’t sell product. You can log onto the app and see the history of who enters and exits but it does not send an alert to my phone. I contacted bayitSense customer support and received no response. The customer service should be a lot better for a company like this. On March 6, 2018, the device shut down again. Contacted Customer Service a couple of times and open two separate tickets and still no response. it’s March 20, I still have not heard from customer support. I regret buying this device. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. If YOU just bought this device, return it as soon as possible because it does not work properly. ZERO customer support. Hopefully you can get a refund from the merchant. Good Luck! It’s April 11, 2018 and I can’t believe customer support has not reached out to me. Amazing! It’s May 19, 2018 and still no customer support. I feel like people changed their settings from ALERT to something else that doesn’t make noise. I note that i sorted this my self with no reponse from customer service. So - as of now the system works and i have revised the rating as 5 star because it’s worth it. However, if you’re thinking of buying the kit - don’t jump all in. Start with one sensor and make sure it works for you. I reserve the right to change the review again if it suddenly stops working again. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought a door sensor and loved it. Ping. Notification to my phone. Bought one more. All still good. Bought another and suddenly no notifications anymore. The menu isn’t clear and I convinced myself it was me. Having now spent more time trying to figure it out I realise it’s not me - it’s just stopped sending notifications.
