They provide excellent customer service, and numerous financial services to get your money on track. I love all the security features and measures that they provide and take on our behalf. My payment history is 100% on time but you guys just messed it up, claiming that I didn’t pay 1 month. 1 month, BayPort? It was a notification I got from BBB, that’s how I knew I missed a payment. I called immediately and also paid a month in advance. I’m opening my own business and currently going through a bank but you guys have just sabotage that for me. Most of the staff know me by name, greet me and provide professional personal service when I enter the Branch. They are friendly and helpful. Sometimes I join in conversation with other members while waiting to be seen. It’s a great place to belong and know I am important to them.
