## What is Bayti?

Bayti organizes home work between families and their domestic workers, each in their own language.

For the family:
• Tasks: pick a task in Arabic and it reaches your helper in her language; see when it's done.
• Daily schedule: a calendar view of tasks, free time and breaks.
• “Do it now”: urgent requests with an instant notification.
• Chats: ready-made phrases translated automatically, voice notes and photos, and household announcements.
• Shopping list: shared, with who's buying.
• Salaries and leave: record salaries and advances; the worker confirms receipt herself; a PDF record for both sides.
• Worker profiles: residency and passport expiry reminders, and length of service.

For the worker (always free):
• Tasks in 10 languages: English, Tagalog, Bahasa Indonesia, Bangla, Urdu, Hindi, Nepali, Sinhala, Amharic and Swahili.
• One tap when done, plus her day schedule and breaks.
• Her salary record and receipt confirmation, and day-off requests.

Protection for both sides: every salary and leave is recorded and confirmed by both.

Bayti records and documents; it does not transfer money, track location, or show ads.
