اذا طلبت منهم بعد اسبوعين تتوقع ان الطلب وصل تجيك رسالة المنتج غير متوفر. واذا كان متوفر ما يوصلك الا بعد سنة واذا ما تابعت معهم والله ما يوصلون الطلب لك. أيضا خدمة العملاء يحتاجون يسوون لهم اختبارIQ قبل يوظفونهم. أسوأ متجر تعاملت معه وأنصحكم بعدم التعامل معهم والله إني ناصح لكم.

I placed an order for a carpet online everything fine… I waited 4 day still under process. I reached out to costumer service I had to wait 2 day to get an answer the delivery time 7 to 14 days for a item that it’s not preordered or needs to be made they send me from one department to another just to cancel an order. After i finally managed to cancel they charge me 59 rial cancellation fee for an order that it’s still under process. . Worse experience ever since shop online.

‎كانت تجربة الشراء عادية إلى حد ما، مع بعض التأخير، لكن لا شيء غير معتاد. المشكلة الحقيقية بدأت بعد الشراء. خدمة ما بعد البيع كانت بصراحة الأسوأ إطلاقاً . محاولة إرجاع أو استبدال المنتج كانت تجربة سيئة للغاية — ردود بطيئة غير واضحة ، لا يوجد نظام واضح، وتعامل الموظفين كان متصنع جدا كأنهم بوتات. شعرت وكأنهم فقدوا الاهتمام بمجرد حصولهم على المال. لا أنصح بالتعامل مع هذا المتجر إذا كنت تتوقع أي نوع ‎من الدعم بعد الشراء The shopping experience was fairly average, with a bit of delay, but nothing too unusual. The real problem came afterward. The after-sales service was honestly the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Trying to return or exchange an item was a nightmare—slow responses, no clear process, and very unhelpful staff. It felt like once they had my money, they just didn’t care anymore. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here if you expect even basic support after your purchase

قمت بالشراء منذ أكثر من ست أسابيع و كان التسليم خلال أسبوع و  بعد شهر تم ارسال منتج ردئ و مكسور و تم اعادته و حتى الآن لم يصلني شيء 
خدمة العملاء سيئة جداً و لا أنص بالتعامل معهم
