### 1/5 — Simply Doesn’t Function

*2020-07-22, version 3.2.6*

Says I don’t have an internet connection. Won’t login. How could you publish an app that doesn’t function?

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

*2020-04-28, version 3.2.6*

The app keep asking me to check internet connection and couldn’t load content. Other apps are working fine.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2019-09-19, version 3.2.5*

Will not let me go further than adding a nickname. Will not let me add a nickname.

### 1/5 — A big disappointment

*2019-01-22, version 3.1.4*

Laggy, sluggish application.
Lack of basic gesture features. Rebranding it every time is just not gonna make it any better it seems..
It's funny how it used to be faster years ago. It was called Marketplace back then.
Guess I'm just going to remove it.

### 1/5 — Wish Krrb could come back

*2019-01-20, version 3.1.4*

This app has gotten worse and worse since Apartment Therapy took over, but the updated Bazaar app is TERRIBLE. Extremely slow and faulty, constantly restarts and doesn’t let you multitask at all. Not usable!
How could they mess it up so much? I don’t get it.

### 1/5 — Cannot Login

*2018-09-20, version 3.0.8*

I've been a member for years and when the the app was changed to market place I was locked out of my account. Have been in contact with a support member for MONTHS and the issue has yet to be resolved. A real shame.

### 2/5 — So bad now

*2018-07-31, version 3.0.8*

It doesn’t retain search areas. My Brooklyn location shows as ny,ny( the boroughs are big when on foot come on! The only support is email though an app i don’t use. Editing your listing is a small button at the bottom of “posts you may like”. Where’s my inbox!?? The branding may be better under AT but functionality was better under KRRB. I get no traffic now.

### 3/5 — Location

*2018-07-06, version 3.0.8*

Please please please let users choose a default location and range, and make it sticky. It’s so frustrating to have to reselect both every time.

### 1/5 — I wish it actually worked

*2018-07-03, version 3.0.8*

I look forward to the moment the app works. It just isn’t there. Shouldn’t have released this app with big bugs.

### 1/5 — Huge let down

*2018-05-31, version 3.0.7*

I was over the moon when I found out the app was finally being updated. This is a huge letdown. Functionality is terrible and it is SO laggy. It has always been my routine to look at it before bed on my iPad or phone and now I can’t even stand to do it. When you scroll the content literally stutters, hurting your eyes. You click on a listing and there’s a delay before the app acknowledges you’ve selected it. Then it takes forever to load. Then pictures take forever to load. Then there’s no intuitive way to close the photos. It says you can swipe down to close but it doesn’t work and you have to click a text box. Just a huge bummer because the actual classifieds are great. I would take the outdated iPhone app that didn’t even have an iPad version and was simply magnified and pixelated on my iPad back in a heart beat.

### 1/5 — Not user friendly, and too many ads!

*2017-09-15, version 2.0.6.6*

With hundreds of ways to read news/blogs/articles, you better make it easy for me to read yours.

Lots of little details matter, like how when scrolling through a list of posts and having to start back at the top after you look at an article. It makes you question whether something is worth clicking on.

Also, scrolling through ads to read content is annoying and frustrating.

### 1/5 — Extremely buggy, slow & frustrating!

*2017-08-22, version 2.0.6.6*

Constantly crashes. Very slow and buggy. And one thing that drives me nuts is how terrible the picture uploading feature is. You can't change the order of the pictures unless you delete them all and start from scratch. And when you edit the post to try to upload a new picture, it doesn't update and the pictures do not upload. You have to do it several times before it crashes a few times in between, then maybe it will finally upload.
Also, there are too many hoops to jump in order to publish a post. When you enter all the info quickly (before the app crashes again), and hit "publish"; it takes you to another gate / page with social media options and then you have to hit "publish" yet again before the post actually does publish.
Finally the search feature needs improvement as well. It doesn't save you search results when you go back to them.
All in all.... this app needs SIGNIFICANT improvement.

### 3/5 — Fine but too expensive to use

*2016-07-14, version 2.0.4*

The krrb app (and the site in general) is good if you have a clear idea of the search term you need to find an item, or if you are ok with just a random stream of all types of things from around you (shoes, then a couch, then stereo equipment?!?). As a seller it’s a nice and easy platform, but once you run out of free credits the cost of using the app and site does not make sense for the traffic it offers. The site is set up so that people only really look at your stuff once you have “promoted” it for $1 (this is obvious because krrb shows you the number of views each item has received). Even if you buy a 100 credits for $40, at 40 cents a credit you might have to “promote” your listing every day for 2-3 weeks to get someone to buy it. If you have 10 items listed, this cost adds up really fast. I think they should include a biweekly or weekly promote for free, otherwise it’s truly a rip off. To be honest, I posted my stuff on both Craigslist and krrb and was contacted and sold more stuff through Craigslist—for free.

### 3/5 — Great site but very expensive!

*2016-05-10, version 2.0.3*

Most items are neat, kitchy items. However, people have things listed for outrageous prices that aren't even in any buyers expectations of somethings that's on a krrb. Most of these items I've seen at good will at one time or another. If the prices were lower I would probably buy a bunch of items. For the kind of money people are asking I don't want second hand stuff for thousands of dollars.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Crashes

*2022-02-06, version 3.2.6*

Why are there so many negative reviews about crashing yet you’ve done nothing to fix this?!

### 1/5 — Don’t even bother! Worthless

*2021-07-17, version 3.2.6*

I should’ve listened to allll of the other reviewers and used the last 5 minutes of my life on something worthwhile. These developers should be embarrassed. Wow. It’s THAT BAD.

### 1/5 — Crashes ALL THE TIME

*2021-05-17, version 3.2.6*

No joke, I think my cat could create a better app. Crashes, crashes, and crashes. Like, would you like a side of crash with your crash entree and glass of crash? I don’t even know why this even on my phone anymore. It’s utterly useless.

### 1/5 — Really Buggy

*2021-05-16, version 3.2.6*

Shuts down repeatedly mid search. This app was great about 5 years ago.

### 1/5 — App Crashing

*2021-04-02, version 3.2.6*

This app is an absolute disaster and a mood breaker. It keeps on crashing and unable to keep me logged in, all items are not viewable, if I were to click any items, it would crash, and then I log back in just to have it crash again :(

### 1/5 — Pathetic

*2021-02-26, version 3.2.6*

It’s appalling how poorly maintained this app is. It won’t even open upon downloading! Every time I try, it crashes! Clearly the developers haven’t been paying attention. The Apartment Therapy Bazaar’s website is a nice place to find quality furniture. What a shame the app is a letdown.

### 1/5 — terrible

*2021-01-15, version 3.2.6*

Used to have no problem buying and selling. Now I can’t log in- can’t browse - I’ve deleted app and reloaded but it’s buggy and useless.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2020-11-01, version 3.2.6*

Crashes constantly. No info. Needs a lot of work

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work at all

*2020-10-07, version 3.2.6*

So disappointing

### 1/5 — app keeps quitting

*2020-08-23, version 3.2.6*

and keeps saying to check my internet connection. guess i’ll just go to the website.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Really great!

*2019-01-15, version 3.1.4*

I always find great pieces.

### 5/5 — Cool listings

*2018-09-05, version 3.0.8*

I've always seen items on this app that have caught my eye. I've finally decided to give it a try and listed a couple of items. We shall see what happens!

### 5/5 — Great marketplace and seller opp

*2016-09-11, version 2.0.4*

Krrb has helped us transform our home by having an easy to use website and app for finding high quality products as well as helping us sell our furniture at proper prices.

Quick fast and easy. Most of all safe and secure!

### 5/5 — Easy Interface

*2016-09-09, version 2.0.4*

This is my first experience with an online marketplace. So far, I've had an easy time getting started. I like the web interface and have just started with the app which I like very much.

### 5/5 — Great app and "marketplace"

*2016-07-19, version 2.0.4*

Great app and marketplace. Sellers tend to sell quality items therefor you don't have to filter out all the crap like you do on Craigslist. All of the buyers and sellers I have dealt with have been legitimate, not to mention nice people. That says a lot. Highly recommended.

### 5/5 — Big fan / great platform

*2016-05-04, version 2.0.3*

I have been using the krrb app for a few years now and it is reliably the easiest and most effective way to list items for sale. NYC craigslist is enormous and bloated and often listings get lost in the mass of items for sale. On krrb I have successfully sold everything from furniture to art. I have also enjoyed buying unique and interesting items from users in my neighborhood. It's a pleasure to seek cool items by scrolling through the app. Highly recommended.

### 5/5 — Great resource

*2016-04-16, version 2.0.3*

I am a light user, have bought many wonderful things here. Or you can sell things. Items tend to be a better quality than on craigslist. Better emphasis on design sometimes.

### 5/5 — Beautiful App!

*2016-01-22, version 2.0*

I love the Krrb web site and use it frequently to browse for fun things to buy for my apartment. This app is an elegant and extremely useful translation of that experience on my phone. Now I can browse wherever I am, whenever I have a little down time. The only downside is that I may end up buying too many great things for my little apartment!

### 5/5 — Awesome and easy to use!

*2016-01-14, version 2.0*

This app makes shopping via a classifieds so easy. I love being able to make a payment right in the app before picking up an item so I don't have to have cash with me. Being able to filter by location and price so that I can narrow down exactly what I'm looking for in my neighborhood makes searching for items super easy!

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2015-10-29, version 1.5.8*

Great app, so far I love it! It's an upscale version of craigslist... a big upscale compared to Craigslist! Without all the spam and fraud. I do feel that there should be more detailed information about shipping and charges. I also feel the "my preferences" section could be more stream-lined and easier... It feels confusing when in that section of the app. I love the customer service set up for this app 5⭐️ all the way.
