They are not fully ready to operate this business yet is what I believe, I truly support the fact they are growing and learning as it is a new venture but good customer service is what makes you a brand in real. Weird substitutions, missing products and expiring items - 30-40% in both my orders. They call you back to address the issue and every statement makes you feel like they are doing a favour on you by addressing the issues. I got the car plate number and Eye witness when one of their drivers hit my car and then ran away and when i contacted owner he refused to pay the money to fix the car. He’s saying that we are asking for extortion i think he should first learn the meaning of that word by using his brain, why would we ask 250$ for extortion. The app is so bizarre. None of their management, timings & drivers are competent. They literally took 20+ hours just to deliver our order.
