Then I opened it and my daughter’s shoes came in two different sizes one shoe was a size to big and the other was a size too small. I emailed and they answered quickly saying that if we sent them back we would get a new pair with the proper sized shoes… It has been over two and a half months and I have emailed several times and they haven’t answered and we have not gotten the shoes.
