It could let you configure how many extra minutes you can use in a 24-hour period, and in certain schemas, allow the “one more minute” button to appear when blocked. Also the “strict mode” is by far the BEST strict mode of them all. It’s slow and frustrating to unblock - which is EXACTLY what you want.
